I love it, a hilarious combination of refined art and a stickman, I vote for more web comics in this genre. Is there some deeper metaphorical meaning here? Perhaps, in most cases, for most people, being “trapped” is just in the eye of the beholder? Makes sense, I think, unless you’re locked in a cage that is

Or, maybe the stick man is just a reflection of her loser stick man boyfriend standing in front of her, and the speech bubble is metaphorical tear about wanting out of her dead-end stick man relationship….no?

Losers, tears and dead-end relationships huh? If I didn’t know better I would have suggested the possibility that this absurdist art is acting as a Rorschach inkblot, which we all know is, of course, utterly ridiculous. When I look at this piece I can make out movement lines on either side of the reflected man indicating that he is dancing from side to side, suggesting that he is, in fact, very happy. Perhaps he is a scientist who is trying to get into the lab, but his girlfriend/wife has trapped him at home and demanded that he skip work and lounge around watching HD movies, playing Xbox 360 and eating bacon and egg sandwiches all day instead. So it is in her eye we see the reflection of our trapped but happy and excited dancing scientist. It is clearly the only truly logical explanation.
